The Lazy Laurel is a peaceful 2/2 mountain cabin with year-round mountain views and sounds from nearby waterfalls. Located at the end of a private street, the cabin feels secluded but is located less than 20 minutes from Blue Ridge or Ellijay.

Cabin Layout - First Floor:
The top floor of the Lazy Laurel starts with our large attached front porch where you can enjoy year-round mountain views and sounds from nearby Fightingtown Creek. The porch has custom mountain laurel railing with dog gate, a new gas grill, outdoor dining for 6 people and seating area.

Step inside and you will find our cozy living room next with cathedral ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar and dining area. Kitchen includes all of the utensils you would need to cook a great meal as well as a waffle maker, crock pot, toaster, microwave and blender.

The king bed master suite is also on the first floor with attached full bathroom, dual sinks, a tub shower.

Cabin Layout - Bottom Floor Game Room and Guest Suite:
Our finished basement downstairs features all of the same tongue and groove wood walls, ceilings and custom stained concrete floors. Here you will find our game room with air hockey, pool table, large smart TV, pull out sofa and loveseat and a bar area with a separate refrigerator.

The queen bed guest suite with full bathroom is located right off of the game room on the bottom floor.

Cabin Layout - Lower Deck:
Exit the game room onto our lower deck to enjoy our brand new hot tub, outdoor seating and our fire pit. Enjoy the sounds of the nearby waterfalls and views of the mountains while you relax next to the fire or in the hot tub.

Paved driveway and neighborhood:
Our cabin is located in the cul-de-sac with a paved driveway that has enough room to turn around in any weather. Even though you can't see them once you are at our our cabin, our little street has around 8 other cabins and is a great place for an evening walk to enjoy the great mountain views. For the more active guests, the waterfalls of Fightingtown Creek are a short hike down the mountain below our property. Ellijay is 20 minutes to our South and Blue Ridge is 20 minutes to our North East, making the cabin the perfect central location for your North Georgia mountain getaway!
