"Beds very comfortable, very clean & modern hotel"

"The manager at this Parsons Kansas location was very friendly and made sure to come out to say hello and check the breakfast options to make sure everything was well-stocked and fresh. The room was nice, comfortable, clean. Only down side was even the non-smoking areas had some lingering smoke smell, but they did their best to minimize it as best they could. Will stay here again when visiting family again in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this house for a family wedding over Memorial Weekend. The size of the house was perfect, so everyone could sleep in beds/rooms! Overall, a positive experience. On the flip side, for the price of this house, it is seriously lacking some amenities like: comfortable furniture (beds were just ok; couch was silly/uncomfortable); not enough pillows or blankets for each bed (you get 1-head!). The kitchen is lacking some food prep and saving tools like tupperware, saran wrap, etc. Lastly, the welcome gift was ridiculous, I suggest you don't bother in the future, it was almost rude. For a house that slept 14, we were greeted with 2 small single-serve snack bags of popcorn + cheese crackers and a tiny bottle of wine (travel size shampoo bottle size). Outside furniture is very lacking, only a couple places to sit for 14 people, the grill was too scary to use -- it is clear the owner doesn't want you to spend time outdoors! Overall, it was fine for us a blessing to find in my families neighborhood, so getting around was easy & running/walking on the path out the backdoor was FANTASTIC! Thank you,"
