Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Worst hotel staff
The hotel failed to honor the booking and refused to give the room. Please refund the charges and also hefty fine on the hotel. I am contemplating of taking an action against the hotel based on your review process.
