"Lovely hotel. Service was great in particular Bibek, our floor butler and Chandra the pool manager. Food is amazing but the only thing lacking is having a bar that isn’t ridiculously starchy or expensive. We decided to wander our round the corner and had a great evening at about 5th of the price"

"This is a luxurious hotel in the city served by excellent staff. The rooms are massive (ITC One), well appointed with excellent facilities and air-conditioning. The staff is always willing to help and ensure customer satisfaction. The pool is easily accessible and so is the gym. The bed is massive and they have a variety of pillows to order. Any request is attended to immediately. The breakfast at Madras Pavilion is massive and well stocked. "

"Beautiful Hotel, a safe refuge from the hustle and bustle of Chennai. Amazing breakfasts. Lovely toiletries. Tranquil. Luxury. Overall it was a great stay. My only criticisms are: (i) sometimes we didnt have enough towels or bathrobes, (ii) double check if you need something delivering as there was some miscommunication between reception and security, (iii) room walls are quite thin - was woken up by my neighbour receiving multiple phone calls and taking them all on loudspeaker. "

"All good. Exactly as advertised. Breakfast was a bit chaotic when they were busy (avoid 8-9), otherwise all good. Dinner on the roof was a little pricey for Chennai (especially wine as they only offer imported, no Indian) but very enjoyable with great views. The rooftop pool was a very welcome way of cooling off. "
