"The hotel ambience is lovely and the staff are kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Maya, who served us during breakfast with kindness and a friendly welcoming manner. The breakfast buffet was outstanding-delicious and great variety. Room service: great veggie burger and panini but the Indian choices need some work. The portions and cost of the South Indian veg choices were too much- would be great if they could offer a reasonably priced thali in the dining room and with room service. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were great. We look forward to staying there again. Conveniently located near airport- the pickup from MAA was very smooth! Our driver was very understanding when we had to turn back to pick up a bag we left behind."

"Really very impressed with this hotel. Very conveniently located for the airport and frankly not much around there (as you would expect for an airport hotel). However, the hotel was very nice and the staff simply made the stay superb..from front desk when checking in and out to all the others in between. Indians are generally very hospitable but all the staff here exceeded that. "
