"The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. "This hotel is very centrally located and practical but not special. On one side of the block, there were drunk/high people hanging out with some others who were loitering in groups during the day. The other side has some fun bistros that are active at night. The hotel is pretty clean overall with contemporary, simple white interiors with light wood accents with very friendly front desk service and a more than adequate breakfast spread for an additional cost.
