"Not ADA friendly. Poor WiFi, TV service. The hot springs was why we went. Probably will not stay in the resort again. One time experience. Not worth the money spent. The restaurant price are way high. "

"The weather turned for the worse a few weeks prior to our stay. We hoped for the best and got snow several days but the Aurora showed us what we needed the last night there. So incredible we caught it. Great accommodations and the Pizza Bus did not disappoint. Pleasant Valley store had a nice mix of things you need as well. Thanks for the great stay Alaska! "

"We had an awesome stay at this cabin, it is on a beautiful property and is centrally located between Fairbanks and Chena Hot Springs.We also had a great view at the Northern Lights! Would definitely recommend staying at this property!"

"Pros: It’s a cozy place for you to stay particularly in the cold winter. Close to the hot spring. The hosts are easy to communicate. They also have dog sledding on site. Cons: Separate/outside toilet is very inconvenient, although we knew it in advance, no one wants to go outside to the bathroom at night when the weather is below 0. The host provides 5 gallons of water for drinking and washing purposes, which is barely enough for 4 people, very inconvenient. Just wanted to leave some honest...

"This property was perfect. We loved staying in North Pole instead of Fairbanks. The property itself was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and I loved that there was a stocked coffee bar, that is such a nice touch. "

"I was hesitant to stay in a dry cabin, but we extended our trip and all "regular" cabins were already booked. Brenda is a super host, making sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. We could see the Northern Lights right outside the cabin or even by looking out the large window inside the cabin. Would definitely stay again!"
