"Overall great week, couple of minor things in the apartment, toaster and spa bath weren't working. We were also unlucky with neighbors in the next apartment, they were extremely noisy with no regard for anybody else. Nevertheless the plus points were the apartment was cosy and clean right in the centre of the resort with easy access to the slopes. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. "This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment.
