"The two of us had a delightful stay at Le Petite Vigne. We were cycling town to town and there was a place to secure our bikes which we appreciated. The house is lovely, old and full of character. "We had a very warm welcome and the hosts were very nice and helpful. It's an old wine farm which has been renovated and the 2 bedrooms are well decorated. We had "Les Anges" bedroom which was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but ok for what we had to do and the towels supplied were very good quality. Soap was supplied, no shampoo you need to bring your own. During our stay the outside temperature was over 35C and inside the room it was very hot...

"Lovely accommodation. Separate sitting area was comfortable. Bedroom was lovely and clean as was the ensuite. In a quiet area with plenty parking. Eating outlets close by , walking and further afield but close by car.Hosts were very nice and accommodating. "

The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."
