It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. There are great walks and we really appreciated riding around on the bikes that we were provided with. There was plenty to do for five days. "C'est sans doute le plus beau gîte dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Vraiment magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'espace de vie très agréable et la cour intérieure aussi (la plancha est top !). Hyper bien situé pour visiter la région angevine. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a conseillé des visites. La boulangerie et les restaurants du village sont exceptionnels ! Les bémols : l'insonorisation avec l'extérieur (penser aux bouchons d'oreille, les chambres donnent côté rue)...

La maison est données pour onze voyageurs ; nous étions 7 et n'aurions pas pu être 1 de plus , surtout autour de la table de la salle à manger . "

"Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."

"Charming very clean little wooden chalet with a lovely view over the lakes from a large balcony with sunloungers and a table for 6. Set on a small family run camping site it is in beautiful grounds. "We had a wonderful holiday in Denée. Gite is down a country lane, away from things. Met by the owners who had limited English but were absolutely lovely. Gite is a great size and for the first time in any property we had plenty of crockery/glassware/cutlery! Garden is lovely with undercover eating area and barbecue. All very relaxing. Short drive to lots of chateaux, wine tastings and river beaches. Kayaking down the Loire was a particular favourite trip. Would recommend this gite...

Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view.
