"We had the two teenage boys with us, so we're surprised to be put in a disabled room with disabled facilities (the bathroom resembled a hospital bathroom). The beds were not adequate with my husband who is 6'2 and myself having the two single beds, the boys refused to share the queen sized badly worn bed, therefore one of my sons slept on the floor. "This was a hugely disappointing stay. We had spent two nights on the other side of the river on our way down through France and had hoped for better things.
