Welcome to my adorable family home in Cold Aston, a picturesque village based in the heart of the Cotswolds.
With one super-king size bed, plus en-suite, one king size bed and a single bed, my home comfortably sleeps five. My home has a wonderful open plan living space, with french doors leading to the garden providing superb views over the surrounding countryside.

I very much hope you enjoy my home! It is filled with pictures, furniture and treasures I have accumulated over the years. The views from the property are amazing with plenty of lovely walks right on your door step, as well as easy access to some of the local towns and villages such as Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.
Guests enter the property into the hall; head straight and that will led you into open planned living area. Towards the front of the property you will find comfy seating for five, as well as a Smart TV and large wood burner to stay cosy across the winter months:)
Heading towards the rear of the open planned living space is the dining area, which comfortably seats five. Continuing towards the rear is the bright kitchen area, with glass ceiling above and french doors . The kitchen has a modern feel with breakfast bar, large gas stove, dishwasher, family sized fridge / freezer and plenty of storage space, crockery and cooking utensils.
At the rear of the kitchen area are the french doors leading to the garden and to wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
On the first floor of the property is the king sized bedroom, single bedroom and family bathroom. Heading up to the top floor, you will find the spacious master bedroom, with super king sized bed and large ensuite. The views from this bedroom over the the surrounding area are quite stunning. All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
Outside, my home has a good sized front and back garden, as well as plenty of parking for cars.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
Well behaved pets are allowed on request. Please give details, when making your booking, to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30 per pet.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
