The space
Our property is a very spacious garden flat in a stunning detatched Georgian building. It is found in the Tivoli area of Cheltenham in the most accessible location.
At the back of the building you will find the few steps leading down to the front door. Enter through your own private entrance into a very large hallway, there is space to sit down while taking your shoes off. The flat is all across one level and all the rooms lead off from the hallway.
The kitchen / diner / lounge is a lovely room decorated in natural calm colours (as is the rest of the flat). It has galley kitchen which is very clean and well stocked. There is ample workspace for cooking. Separating the room is a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Sit and watch the smart TV on the huge corner sofa. The dining table is also in here and seats four people.
Bedroom 1 is located at the front of the property and is enormous! In here find a bed, bedside tables, lots of storage and a sofa. The room has beautiful sash windows, each one with a blind for full privacy.
Bedroom 2 is once again enormous! It over looks the courtyard garden at the rear of the property. It has a bed, bedside tables, a chair, lots of storage and a dressing table. a very quiet and relaxing room to spend time in.
Bedroom 3 is a decent size and contains a double bed, a desk and ample storage. It overlooks the side of the house onto the flowerbeds. This room can also make a great office space use the reliable wifi and enjoy the quiet space to work from.
The bathroom has a separate bath, a walk in freestanding shower and a sink, it is a good sized room. There is space to store your toiletries. The W/C is next door and has a toilet and a sink.
There is a laundry room too which can be made available for an additional fee.
Outside you will find a private courtyard garden with seating.

PARKING
There is a free parking space available on the property and free unlimited roadside parking is easy to find on St. Stephens Road. Please park at the rear of the property, outside the garage on the right hand side. Please be mindful of other residents and do not park anywhere else on the premises.
HIDEOUT
The entrance to the flat is at the REAR of the building, head DOWN the steps. To the left of the front door please find the lockbox in which the front door keys are located. A code will be provided on the day of you check-in if I am not able to come and greet you.
