"Great comfortable hotel. Great location close to Southern Cross station and easy to access all the major sights either by foot or public transport. Room was comfortable with all facilities required for a great stay. Room was well serviced daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel."

"Great location for us, 24hr front desk and staff friendly. Bathroom as looking a bit tired with cracked basin and shower tiles and grout discoloured with old mould that is hard to clean off due to age. Bit disappointed that I had to pay for an entire extra night when I feel a partial payment would have been more appropriate as I wanted to keep the room until 8pm due to a late flight, bearing in mind that I came in late my first night. "
