"Great location, T access in front of hotel. I love the lobby vibe. It's spacious and inviting along with providing 24 hour coffee, tea, and water. Although, the walls in the rooms are bit thin. We can hear people's conversation passing by and the plumbing noises from the next room. The rooms are smaller but cozy. Mohamed, General Manager, was excellent in attending to a few incidentals we had. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. To note, we have stayed numerous times at The Commonwealth. We prefer the customer service at the Arcadian. Customer service is everything for us when we patronized an establishment. Thank you for a great 6 night stay. "

"It is a great hotel for coming to Harvard. It has a Trader Joe’s and a Whole Food right next to it, which is very convenient. It is a 30 min very nice walk to Harvard. The staff is very nice and helpful. Me and my husband had to work, and the small business center works great. The hotel has a great gym and complementary coffee every morning. We stayed a week and it was a great experience. Walking to Back Bay takes 45 min or and 15 dollar Uber. "
