Chelan proper has all the small-town charm you want in a Washington vacation destination, such as quaint shops, spots for grabbing coffee before a lakeside stroll, a burger drive-in, wine tasting rooms, and more. Pick up some groceries to take back to your condo and grill them up on the deck for a spectacular summer lunch.

When the sun sets, go inside to relax over your favorite cable show on the living room's mounted flatscreen TV. WiFi is available so you can upload gorgeous vacation photos. Make a late-night snack in the kitchen and then breakfast the next morning with the help of the dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the tools and appliances needed. Many of the furnishings in this space are new, for a fresh and airy atmosphere to add to the comfort.

Great place to stay with kids!
Pool was right outside our patio, multiple entrances, bbq with outside seating, large livingroom/dining room & kitchen area. Worked excellent for having 3 kids on our trip & also allowed us to invite friends over to bbq. Will definitely rebook again for next year as the location was perfect for the event we were attending.

Great location great place great pool, well outfitted. Only issues were with most of the folding stuff...The beach chair, two deck chairs, A luggage rack and a ironing board were all broken and unusable. Only a computer to check in and out with but it went fine

Great location!
This place was fantastically located, just a ten minute walk or so to town and the river walk. There’s a grocery store even closer and the beach basically right across the busy street! We loved the outdoor pool. The beds were comfy. We would have loved some better furniture in the dining room, there wasn’t a table large enough for our family of four to eat together, but all in all we had a great stay!

It’s an easy walk into town or across the street to the park and the lake. It’s right next to the main road, but the road noise isn’t bad at all. Made for a nice getaway.

Great Location
This was or third time staying at this property. We love the location and proximity to town and water. They have made some upgrades - could use some more updating but it’s okay for the price. Wish we would have known there was no Tupperware or foil/plastic wrap or baggies for storing left over food. We would have brought our own. Had to request linens for the extra pillows and the tub didn’t drain after showering but they responded within about five hours of request and remedied the situation. Be prepared for street noise and thin walls (we knew this going in) Needs a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness but overall for location and price it works great for us.

Horrible, did not stay!
The place was a mess! Beds had not been changed or made, soured towels in washer, towel on floor, food in sink and dishes. We did not stay here. I called the Portland number and was told the local manager would call me to take care of the unit. I never heard from him. We arrived at 5:30PM and at 8:30 I called again to be told housekeepIng was on its way! I have yet to hear back from anyone and will be calling today until I am fully refunded my money. Don’t book here, you cannot trust this VRBO. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this situation.

Cannot recommend a Vacasa rental
I have previously stayed in this condo complex, however they were privately owned. This was our first time using Vacasa in this complex and warn others to not rent this unit. You have been warned. Upon arrival we used the toilet in the only bathroom. It continually ran and upon inspection the stopper in the toilet was broken. I called the number for Vacasa and the gal on the line said she would be in contact with maintenance regarding fixing it. We had to remove the lid from the toilet and had to put our hands in the water to manually fix the stopper after each flush. We are a family of 5, you can imagine how fun that was! They did not send someone out that first day and assured it would be fixed the following day. Not true. After multiple messages back and forth the following day, NO ONE came to fix it. On the next morning at around 10:30 someone finally came and didn’t have the proper part to fix it even though we told them the Issue ahead of time. It finally was fixed that afternoon. The cleanliness of the unit was also not very good there was a granola bar left over and a drink bottle behind the couch, swarming with ants around it!! I will never book through Vacasa again. Book anywhere else but through them. Not worth the hassle if something is wrong with your unit.

Great spot downtown, walking distance to everything. Kids loved the pool. Spacious. No door latch on inside to lock - there is a deadbolt but anyone who knew the code can enter. Had two occasions when someone off the street opened the lanai gates and walked through, one tried to open the units door. Needs a good cleaning. Cobwebs on lamps and dead bugs in canned lights. Found a rotten apple under the couch - we were wondering why there were so many ants. Found hair in the freezer door. The icemaker didn't work so we had to go to Walmart and buy ice cube trays to make our own.

PERFECT Location!
We'll be back every summer! Unit was great! Location is perfect. Close to everything. Across the street from the Don Morse Memorial Park, the park has lake access, a basketball court, volleyball court, playground, skate ramps, paid parking, public restrooms and a little putt putt course and go cart track next door to it. Walking distance from Lakeview Drive In (if you like burgers), Starbucks and Safeway. There is also a little pizza place next door. There's a small private pool right outside the unit for the tenants of the units. A grill for outside cooking. There were very minor set backs, but nothing deal breaking. Overall a spectacular unit!

Has opportunity
You're right on a busy road and the walls are thin so you hear traffic the entire time. Floor above is thin so you also hear other tenants the entire time. Main living area has a ton of dings and scratches all over the walls - needs to be painted. Patio door is not secure, even if its deadbolts together you can push semi-hard and open it without much effort. Worst of all was the front door lock which we couldnt open more than one time. Thankfully we had the patio door key and could get in there. It was very frustrating because we checked in so late most the town was closed. Vacasa was quick to help but it isnt a fun way to start a trip. The place was overall very clean, nice bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

Decent place to stay
The location of this property was great. It was within walking distance to town and right next to a great pizza joint. The place was clean and worked for our small family of four. The one trouble we had was unlocking the front door, the key fit but we had to jiggle the handle just the right way for it to unlock. Sometimes it took us 10 minutes to get it unlocked.

Enjoyed our stay
Really enjoyed our stay here even though there were a couple of small issues. Propane tank was missing from the grill when we got there but vacasa handled it quickly. The patio was facing the busy street though so we didn’t get to enjoy it much, it was quite loud and I worried about road dust kicking up and into any food we might have out there. The drain in the bathtub is very slow and knives were very dull for any sort of cutting. Overall we were happy with the location and we’re very comfortable there.

Awesome spot with a couple exceptions
The location is amazing. The place was clean. Beds were comfy. The only thing we would say is the listing lacked a few details. There was a fireplace in the photos, but there was no description on whether is was a working fireplace or not. We went in the winter and it would have been nice to start a fire. The other detail is that there is some but a few essentials to cook with. We happened to cook in the nights we were there but we didn’t have many utensils to cook with unfortunately. There were many duplicates, but there wasn’t a spatula, for example. Over all, we’d stay there again.

With a little tlc this place could be amazing
We have stayed these condos quite a few times. This was our first time in unit #1. It needs a little bit of TLC. Carpet looks horrible, I dropped my ring and it rolled under the bed. It looked like it had never been cleaned/vacuumed under there. I’m not usually this picky about cleanliness but this was our first time away from home since Covid started and the ad said there was extra cleaning happening. I didn’t find that to be true. Also the key for the door is horrible. We followed the instructions left. It did work eventually work but standing in a downpour and having a key not work was a bit lame. All that being said we love the location and would totally stay here again. Just maybe in a different unit.
