"Unable to get past the gate to park our vehicle. Fortunately someone unrelated to the property was able to get us through. Once we parked, we were unable to get into the property. Had another guest not arrived shortly before we did, we would have been unable to get in. There was no one to greet or check us in. A staff member arrived in the morning to prep a breakfast. Most unusual check-in process I’ve ever experienced. Had we known this in advance, we would not have booked this...

"Beautiful hotel in its own grounds with indoor pool. Very stylish hotel with ample spaces for guests. Very comfortable rooms. Ours had a large sunken bath. Heaven to relax. Breakfast was provided, rooms had the added benefit of kettle, coffee machine & microwave. Within 5 minutes of a commercial centre with a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and cinema. We wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hotel for families and friends. "

"Our stay at La Rapinette was my personal best experience at a VRBO property anywhere in the world. The hosts, Gaël and Claire, went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience. The property itself was so well appointed and looked and felt exactly how it appears online. Thanks to the pre-arrival instructions, which were very clear and easy to follow, we were able to find our way to the property even in the dark! La description du site Expédia est ambiguë sur ce point. Difficile par exemple de préparer un repas alors que les propriétaires reçoivent. Ceci dit tout s’est bien passé."

"This was one of the best of most memorable places we ever stayed in! We had such a wonderful time that we decided to stay an extra night, which was no problem at all, and Salvatore and Vincenzo arranged another beautiful room in the castle. The quiet place is neatly situated close to Nantes, Saint Nazaire, the La Baule beach and other great attractions and landmarks. We will likely be back again next year, many thanks for a pleasurable stay!"

"It was all good, not excellent but good. I had a tough sleep the first night, thin mattress, but then i got used to it. I got most of my garbage out but that in the bin. I told them when checking out, they didn't like it. I say this: you do nothing for your clients, no towel changes, no bed change nothing. You can AT LEAST take that one small bin garbage out. It's not the end of the world and honestly, it's cheap to ask your guest to do that. I dont mind doing it, again, got all the boxes,...
