"The place had everything from a variety of tea bags to soft clean robes, even honey packets for your tea! This place gives everything you can imagine and the pool was definitely the best part! It has 2 amazing water slides and you can order drinks while in the pool. Definitely the best hotel ever!"

"They did not find our registration and took a while to sort that out. Afterwards the person checking us in took forever to have over our keys. The hotel room had water dripping onto the floor which was a hazard. The air conditioner also stopped working overnight. Overall This was a terrible stay. "

Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. "Warning: FRAUD! These accommodations do not exist! On arrival the seemingly kind owner told us the property was in construction. We accepted his offer to find us a new place to stay. He would pay the other hotel and send me the difference between what I paid and the costs of the new hotel. The same day I heard that the owner of Rai Village apparently is not trustworthy. I saw on Expedia that you could still book this accommodation for the night! That is strange, since it was in construction. I...
