"I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. I will be applying for a full refund as this is not acceptable. The alternative accommodation I found was brilliant and it should be people like...

Historic town of Cognac under an hour away with plenty of shops and bars. The property itself is superb. Very well kitted out with everything that you could possibly need.
