The location is so peaceful and perfect to retreat to at the end of a lovely day in either Brittany or Normandy. The beaches of Brittany are a drive away but well worth the effort and there are many local historic towns to visit too. "This gite, created in a traditional French stone building, with its own garden to sit out in, is a place to get away from it all. The entrance is up stone steps to a large combined living room and kitchen. Wooden open stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom. "Clean, spacious gîte, with large en-suite bedrooms, large living/dining area and good cooking/laundry facilities. Very large, picturesque garden with pond; very relaxing. Some minor problems with plumbing (shower controls stiff and basin plugs not connected to lifting levers), but no real trouble."
