"We love this hotel! The staff is always super kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our little ones love the giant pool (although the water is cold….even during the winter). We enjoy the hot tub, lap pool and sauna. The breakfast is great w/ lots of options (eggs, meat, biscuits, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc). Very close to Erie (10 minute drive). We ordered pizza from the restaurant next door and it was pretty good. My only complaint is that my pillow was uncomfortable (didn’t realize there was a flatter one), and a truck w/ snowplow started plowing the parking lot at 3am and did not stop until 5am (there wasn’t very much snow). The scraping was so loud and/or I am apparently a light sleeper because it kept me awake from 3-5am….so that sucked. However, this is a wonderful hotel and the littles love it! We always have fun here :)"

"I have to say this is my favorite hotel in the Chautauqua area. They have great hotel packages, swimming pool, gym and in the summer they have a pool outside and a outside bar. Inside their restaurant offers a variety of food and drinks. Great place to hang out. Their accommodations are clean, bed is comfortable and they have rooms with a porch where you can see the beautiful view of Chautauqua lake. They also have great events."

"Very friendly staff! Checked in to a king room but it smelled like stale smoke (possibly because it was once a smoking room). Front desk apologized and switched us to another room. Easy peasy fix! "
