They finally found our reservation, but for one night instead of two nights (we had paid for two nights), they wanted to make us pay for the second night. They barely spoke English. They finally gave us a room that smelled really bad and had stains of insects of the sheets. We found another hotel for the second night and couldn’t get a refound from Expedia. "

"Nice view of the valley below. Services are imprectable. Each room is separate from the other thus very quite. Restaurant has selection of Vietnamese and European dishes. Very tasty. Good breakfast selections. You need to try the iced Vietnamese coffee"

"Khua at the reception was extremely helpful. He helped to organise a day trip to Tra Su Sanctuary, Cham Village & Sam Mountain. He also organised onward transport for us. Hotel was clean, staff helpful & welcoming. Shower over bath left floor extremely wet...."
