Large NEW private deck with picnic table and seating for cocktails on nice evenings. View of the city and ridge. Girls trip
Stayed in this sweet little house for a girls trip. It was convenient to most things we wanted to do. It gave us individual space for a great get away but great for spending time together too.

Great for family racecation for IM 70.3
We were able to walk everywhere in the city that we wanted to go and had great views. The homeless, clean and quiet and lovely. Our family of five hopes to return!

We traveled from Atlanta w our two small kids. Great location to walk to aquarium, kids museum, lookouts baseball stadium. Lots of great restaurants near but, and Publix grocery store at bottom of the hill. Had a great time, perfect place for an active family.

Perfect place!
They were four adults exploring Chattanooga for the first time. This was a perfect setting for us to be able to park and walk to restaurants and events. The place is incredibly clean and well kept. The deck is beautiful for coffee or an evening beverage. It also provides a great view of the city. The place has everything you would need and more. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed for a getaway with my daughter. Great convenient location to sightsee in Chattanooga. Walking distance to restaurants and the walking bridge. We even walked to the aquarium one morning. Very quiet and clean. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was walking distance to so many cute shops and restaurants. Kim was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The beds were SO comfy and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay here when we visit again!!

House is adorable and is so much cuter in person. Deck is awesome and was a wonderful backdrop for pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again. And, loved the fireworks on Friday evening from the baseball game.

Great location - Adorable place with beautiful views
This property was a great location in walking distance to parks, the walking bridge, restaurants, and lots of other things to do. The house is well kept and stocked with most necessities that you would need which was very helpful. It is adorable inside and has plenty of space. Only downside I would say is the steep driveway with space only for one car as it was not the easiest to drive up/down. There was street parking nearby which worked out but when loading/unloading being able to use the driveway was sometimes a challenge.

The Little Green House is awesome!
Girls weekend meet-up and we all loved it. The Little Green House was cute, comfy, and had all the things we needed to relax and enjoy our time in Chattanooga. The location is easy to get to and has some great restaurants nearby. There are some coffee shops and a Publix very close also. The house is cute and well equipped. We'd definitely stay there again.

So cute and perfectly located
This house is the perfect location to North Side and downtown Chattanooga. It was the ideal spot for two couples. We enjoyed the outside deck every night after we finished hanging out in downtown. The house was extremely clean and so adorably decorated. We rented bikes and rode across the walking bridge which was so close to our house. We would absolutely stay here again!

Short Getaway to Chattanooga
Our short getaway to Chattanooga was fabulous here! The house was well cleaned and well taken care of. We had no issues at all. All communication was great! We enjoyed how close the house was to everything downtown. Clumpies ice cream is a must try! If we were to return to Chattanooga this would be our pick again!

Short hilly walk down to North Shore area. We will stay here again if available. Wish there was a TV in the 2nd bedroom and water pressure was low. Please note that we parked a Nissan Pathfinder in the Green House spot and that is as large of vehicle that would fit in driveway. 5 stars for cleanliness, location, and communication from Kim.

Overall nice little house
The house was really cute although I would not suggest it for 2 adult couples as the two bedrooms are right next to each other and you can hear through the walls. Also, there is only a love seat and 2 straight back chairs for sitting in the house although there were several nice chairs outside on the super cute patio (unfortunately it rained every night we were there so we were unable to use the patio). Also, there was only 3 flat pillows on each bed so a pillow queen like myself had to use the pillows from the love seat. Overall the house was clean, cute and in good location with a private parking spot which was nice. Would definitely recommend for a family or single couple. Oh and host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great location! Comfortable beds and bedding! Kimberly was great to work with. Very accessible! Very clean! If I had to change anything, I Would suggest a different sofa table and a couch that you can sit up on and not have to lay back. It was difficult for my dad and not big enough for 4 people. Also a small dinette that can seat 4. I would also add an ice maker.

Great place!
Came in town for the IM 70.3. It was awesome location and great house. Only complaint was an odd smell that came every afternoon. It would go away when it got dark and stay gone until sun was out and got hot! Owner was very responsive regarding this and because it was intermittent I didn’t have her bother with it. Hope they figure that out! Otherwise the property was perfect and exactly as pictured. Well stocked too!

Great house!
What a great host! Each bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There was tea, coffee and all that goes with it. She put a fresh flower arrangement on the table ❤️! Even left us some waters in the fridge! Loved that there were sound machines for use. Definitely went above and beyond! The parking spot was tight and wish there wasn’t so many hillls to climb, but not a deal breaker to stay again! Loved the area! So many cool places to see and eat on the “north shore”. Great communication from the host! Felt safe, and private! Wonderful little house!

The location of the house was convenient to any area of Chattanooga we visited. It was out of the way enough to enjoy quiet on the deck, but within walking distance to Publix and restaurants. Not a bad drive through town to get to Lookout Mountain, etc. We cooked out one night on the grill, and the kicthen was sufficiently supplied for us to make a meal. Very clean! The parking space fit my Ford Escape but anything bigger might not work. Onstreet parking was available throughout our stay if needed (and free here, unlike many areas of town!). For reference incase of mobility issues, the driveway is uphill and there are several steps to enter the home. Driveway is shared with home in front which was close but was no inconvenience at any point. We'll likely be visiting Chatt next summer and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
