Inside, the Indigo Flat comfortably hosts three guests. The bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. We've updated our living room with comfortable chairs instead of a sofa, and the third guest can sleep on a comfortable air mattress. The highlight is our fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances like a stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, and a variety of pots, pans, and utensils—perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.
Our building is conveniently located at the corner of High Street and 4th Street, running parallel to the river. You'll be within walking distance of top attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Hunter Art Museum, Creative Discovery Museum, High Point Climbing Gym, and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Please Note:
Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. There's one spot directly in front of the building for unloading, as well as free spaces across 4th St. Metered parking is available from 8 am to 6 pm. If you need detailed parking instructions, please let us know.
For additional parking, there's a spot directly in front of the unit without a meter, though it is often occupied. Metered spaces are readily available, and there is free unmetered parking across the street. A parking garage is also a few blocks away if you prefer.
