Just a short walk to Frazier Avenue, local and unique shopping, bars and restaurants, the historic Walnut Street Bridge, Coolidge Park, and the Tennessee River. View the mountains as you drink your coffee on the front porch or relax on the back patio or around the fire pit after a day of hiking and exploring the city.

Newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated with our guests in mind! Ideal for a girl's trip, couples getaway, or family fun! Comfortable queen beds in both bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and smart TV in the living room to relax after a day of exploring. New washer and dryer. Scenic views from the front porch and a patio and fire pit in the backyard. This home has everything you need and more to be your home away from home! We can't wait to welcome you! This is ideal spot to experience all Chattanooga has to offer!

Driveway can accommodate 2 cars; additional parking is available on the street in front of the home.

Located right the heart of North Chattanooga! Walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants, outdoor activities, the Walnut Street Bridge, Coolidge Park, and much more!

There is a pack n play (you would need your own crib sheet) and audio baby monitor available. A portable desk is also available for those working remotely.

Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
The driveway can accommodate up to two cars and there is space on the street in front of the house.

The washer and dryer are located in the door behind the house in front of the patio. The key will be left on the living room table. Please be sure to return this key at the end of your stay.

Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
No pets ($150 fee per pet if this rule is broken)
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. There will be an immediate fine of $500 for smoking any substance inside the house PLUS the additional cost of cleaning and remediation.
Please respect a quiet time of 10pm for our neighbors.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

Perfect for small group
House is perfect for a couple or a small family. It adds what many hotels can't: a complete kitchen, a decent living area with a nice TV, secured wifi and streaming services, and a washer/dryer. We came to visit relatives, so we didn't need the home to entertain. It was a quiet place for us to go back to and relax. Location is wonderful as well---close to the downtown area and in a vintage neighborhood, too, filled with beautiful homes. We will book it again for sure on our next trip to Chatt.

Cute, clean house near downtown
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was a great location to do various things in Chattanooga. I also liked the neighborhood setting — the cute house is surrounded by some big, beautiful houses that seem to be part of a revitalization. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed some down time resting when we weren’t out seeing the sites or eating delicious food. I’ll stay here again if we return to Chattanooga.

A good base for exploration.
The “yellow door” house is located in what felt to be a safe neighborhood and had great views. Close to grocery and some restaurants and a short drive to most points of interest. The kitchen was well-appointed with new appliances. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of good quality. The host, Carrie, sent comprehensive check-in information and helped to make our stay hassle-free.

The house was very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We were only staying one night in Tennessee, but it made for the perfect place to rest and refresh after a busy day of sightseeing. If our travels ever bring us back to TN, we would love to stay here again!

Great little house. Everything you need. The back deck and fire pit was an extra treat. Publix at the bottom of the hill sells firewood. Beds comfortable, family room spacious and open kitchen. This little house feels bigger than it is. Easily handled four adults.

This house was perfect for us (2 adults, 1 toddler) and private parking behind the house was easily accessible for our mid-size truck. Both Check-In and Check-Out were super simple, and Carrie communicated well throughout our entire stay. Chattanooga was a great choice for our annual extended weekend vacation.

Lovely house, nicely furnished and well supplied. We especially enjoyed deck in the back yard. There was even a bundle of wood for the fire pit. It's close to Veterans Memorial Bridge so we were able to get downtown for a graduation at UTC in just a few minutes. The owner is easy to deal with and check in was breeze. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, perfectly located gem in Chattanooga
Our stay at Carrie’s place in Northshore was excellent. Check in was easy, the house is perfectly located to all the best spots, and the home was clean and comfortable. We had our one year old daughter and it was actually surprisingly child proof, which made it really easy to have a relaxing time while there. We enjoyed the large, grass covered front yard and the beautiful views. Carrie gave us all the info we needed to have a smooth stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in Chattanooga.
