The room itself is fine, a little dated, but the service here sucks. Lady at the front desk barely made eye contact, no greeting, just held her hand out and said "ID", then literally shooed us toward the elevator after she handed me the key card, like we were on her nerves. Must be super annoying when people interrupt your day by saying hello then having the audacity to expect you do the job you payed for. Get to the room and find a king size bed with 4 pillows but the pillows are throw pillows, like 1 foot by 1 foot. I went back to the desk to ask for extra pillows and the women looked at me like I just asked a fish to climb a tree. We got one extra pillow, also a throw pillow, and you'd have thought it was made of gold the way she acted when she gave it to us. Sign on the desk says they can help with almost anything you need, just ask.... apparently that does not extend to proper pillows...in a hotel. I'm glad we're only staying one night. We won't be back.
