Our brand new private one bedroom apartment includes a large bedroom complete with King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and closet. Apartment also includes private bathroom with shower/tub convo and laundry room with washer and dryer. Private parking is available in the connecting garage.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire first floor apartment and garage.

The Neighborhood:
Chattanooga is a wonderful city for walking, fun, bars, parks and more. Our home is located in Southside Chattanooga, which is home to the best restaurants and local shops the city has to offer and is only a short 5-10 minute drive from the larger downtown area, historic St. Elmo or famous Lookout Mountain.

Great home base location for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, local festivals and other events.

Getting Around:
Safe and free parking for up to 1 car in the connected garage. Fast and cheap Uber/Lyft/City Bikes available wherever you need to go.

Pets are not allowed.
