Great place and convenient location
House was amazing, very clean and had everything you'd need for a week long stay. It was as nice as the pictures indicated. The location was also really convenient for getting to different parks for riding/hiking and lots of good places to eat less than 10 minutes away.

Location was great and house was a mansion
The house was centrally located to all the things that we wanted to do in Chattanooga. The neighborhood was kind of strange with the mixture of commercial buildings in between residential homes, but police station was half a mile away and we felt safe. The house itself was really large And provided enough space for our group of 10. The host was very responsive, and I would definitely rent from them again

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious property. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a cleaner home and the decor was very interesting. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

It was perfect for what we needed. Close to sights of Chattanooga but not in downtown busy area. Quick and easy to get to Rock City, St. Elmo snd Bluff Arts District. Spacious and clean place to stay.

Great location, impeccable house
This house was lovely. It’s huge with very big spacious rooms and lots of space to move around. The kitchen was massive and well stocked with appliances and wares. The house was impeccably clean. The location was perfect for our needs. It’s a very busy street with a few sketchy characters walking outside but we still felt safe and no one bothered us. I highly recommend. Will stay here again

Daughter's 50th Birthday
Very comfortable for out of town family to gather with our in town family to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. The location was convenient for the comings and goings of the weekend. A well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook dinner for the group Saturday night. We plan on staying in the future. The whole house was truly luxurious.

Family vacation in Chattanooga
The stay was wonderful the house was everything they said it would be. Wonderful memories. The only thing suggest is replacing the plastic chairs with a better quality of chairs. One of the chairs broke after I sat in it. Thank God I was not hurt but overall the stay was wonderful.

Overnight Stat
I stayed at the property overnight with my family to watch my nephews last UTC game. Upon arrival, the cleaning period were still there. I was told that they weren't notified that a booking was made for that day. Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 6pm. I had my 63 year old mother with me who suffered major strokes so I told them that I needed to enter the home to allow her to rest. They finished cleaning within 30 mjnutes and left. There were not enough towels as they were left wet in the machine. I had to put them in the dryer before heading to dinner. It was disappointing as I paid over $700 for one night and I'm having to do housework. The owner was apologetic, however, I would've preferred compensation. Upon arriving back to the home, we had to wait 1.5 hours for the towels to dry so that everyone could bathe. This wasn't pleasant after driving all day and not being able to rest after a long day. The home is spacious and the pictures are accurate.
