Welcome to Hamilton Villa!
This gorgeous home is a short easy 8 minute walk (.5 miles) from Frazier Ave and the Walnut Street walking bridge! Once you cross over the bridge you are in Downtown right by the Aquarium! Enjoy all the restaurants and shopping that the North Shore provides right at your fingertips. Hamilton Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people. The open concept kitchen and living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends and you can't beat the location! Explore all the best parts of Chattanooga while staying in this our Hamilton Villa!

Ou favorite things:
This home offers 2 back decks overlooking the city; one with a charcoal grill and and the other a gas fire-pit. This home has high-speed wireless internet throughout and has a huge 60 inch smart TV in the living room. The large master bedroom downstairs also has a smart TV. You can watch movies and TV shows on the apps like Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc where you can log into your own accounts. As of right now this home does not have cable TV. There is room to park 4 vehicles out front of the home!

HOME LAYOUT: When entering the home you are met with lots of natural lighting and a large spacious open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area with views of the city from the large windows. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed that folds down into a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed plate-ware, drink-ware, cookware and all essentials needed to prepare a meal. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a medium coffee roast provide. Near the stairway is the first bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious bedroom, and a full bathroom that attached. Head downstairs and you'll find two more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. One of the bedrooms has a King bed and large master ensuite bathroom with a beautiful glass tiled shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. There is a door in this bedroom that leads to the downstairs patios where the fire-pit is located. The last bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet, and a full bathroom right down the hall.

We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

The property was perfect for our trip to a conference. The house was accurately described and very clean. The views from BOTH balconies were great. Grocery stores, great restaurants & entertainment are within a walkable distance from the house.

Perfect Location!
Our family enjoyed the North Shore area! Lots of great restaurants and grocery close by. We also were able to ride our bikes most places- being close to the pedestrian street bridge was a plus! The quieter neighborhood was much preferred over downtown hustle and bustle.

This place was amazing and fit all of my family needs. We spent a lot of time playing games around the table when we weren't out seeing what the city has to offer. There was enough space that it did not feel crowded!

This property was very nice. It is also in a convenient location. We walked to some restaurants and if you want a little longer walk this is close to walking bridge which takes you right into the heart of the city. Our host was responsive and very accomodating.

We were all very impressed with the home. It was located in a nice and convenient area. It was very clean and well decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The hosts were very easy to contact if needed. They have a special welcome board in the entry and lists of local restaurants, attractions, and information for the home.
