Spacious rooms
We didn't make it here til dark so we couldn't find the private drive. Then the front steps were a big challenge and very tiring. But the spacious rooms were wonderful! The master room mattress was too soft so we changed beds and that helped. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. The walk-in shower looked wonderful with the tiles. We did puzzles on the big diningroom table. Thank you! Note: More silverware is definitely needed.

Weekend in Chattanooga
Home was very nice. We only stayed two nights, but enjoyed our time there. Make sure and park on the road in front, driveway is very steep and cannot open doors at top. Read listing after going up drive and it seems to say, 2 spaces on road...use them! Access to back parking is difficult the first time, looks like you are going into a private drive for a house. The drive goes past a bunch of houses with access, but it is one lane with steep drives on both sides. Never met anyone on the road...if you do, someone will have to move into a drive or backup. Thoses were the only concerns for the home was access to parking. It is Chattanooga, lots of hills...remember that when booking. Still great location and great time had with the family.

Perfect fit for our stay!
House was nice and cozy! The neighborhood is nice. We were there for our daughters softball tournament and we were able to work using the desk they have. We would definitely come back again! *Agree with the prior reviews, be careful with the steps and be prepared to eat out (but there is plenty of good restaurants nearby)! We read the reviews ahead of time so we were not surprised.

Stay For Family Memorial Services
I stayed in Chattanooga, which was my mother's hometown growing up. I stayed at the place with my husband and two grown children (24,21) for the main purpose of attending the memorial services. The place was quite spacious, updated, and comfortable. There was enough space to have a small gathering for breakfast before leaving. It is centrally located very close to the River Walk and restaurants, so we were also able to enjoy ourselves! I wish there had been an iron and ironing board but other than that, we had all the supplies needed. When I wanted to add a day to my stay, Tyler said it was no problem. I had some difficulty going through VRBO because of this, but Tyler worked it out and comped the extra day which took so much additional stress off me since I was helping to plan the memorials. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Chattanooga!

Great stay for price
This is a great place to stay for a larger group, plenty of space. Not many dishes for cooking, there were no pots, so plan to mostly eat out. The one issue was part of the ceiling fell and a light was burnt out, but they were very responsive to try to get it fixed. It was just sad one of the rooms wasn’t used our first night due to leak concerns

Lovely space
We thought this place was great for our needs. Came for a race in the area, and brought some family. It was close enough to everything, and the space was clean and charming. There was a little snafu at check in, but Tyler was very responsive and courteous when we contacted him, and the situation was corrected very quickly. The stairs to the place are steep- definitely not for someone with mobility issues. The beds were comfy and the decor attractive and cozy. The common areas were spacious and open. We would stay here again.

Great location, easy access to food and attractions
Home was clean and worked fine for our plans/trip. The neighborhood is nice and the locations puts you 15 minutes of pretty much everything Chattanooga has to offer. The only things we were not crazy about were the steps down the back, the listing makes it clear they are there but they can be a little tricky to navigate in the dark and probably not suitable for elder people. I failed to notice the mention of the top floor being a rental so if hearing stomping above you bothers you I'd be sure to ask if it was rented during your stay as it was a bit bothersome.

Great respite from the heat
We really enjoyed the quiet and safe neighborhood. Started during a tennis tournament with sweltering heat, but loved the cool conditions, close proximity to the Courts and close to restaurants, Park and River bridge. Great location and had lots of fun. We were not quite prepared for the steps after four tennis matches, so save some energy for those!! Thank you for a great Chattanooga experience!!

Place was super clean and spacious.. took my 3 teenage boys on a end of the summer vacation.. House was within minutes of about everything we wanted to do.. Ruby Falls and downtown was just a few miles away.. great experience!

Softball Tournament
My daughter had a softball tournament in Chatanooga. The house was perfect for our family of four, very clean and looked as advertised! Great neighborhood, and the proximity to downtown was great. Tyler was very quick to answer any question, and had some really good recommendations for local restaurants.

Excellent Neighborhood
Perfect house and location. The neighborhood is very peaceful and welcoming. The location was great. Easy access to downtown, to riverside, to shopping. All in all a great experience. All, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Very Comfortable and Excellent Location
The home is in a great neighborhood close to everything. It's accessible with just the needed amenities. The home is comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the back porch and the backyard. The twins (5 yr old) were able to run off their energy on all the steps and in the backyard. Loved it! Oh, and the owners were very responsive and really kind. I was able to add an extra night at the last minute and they were quite gracious. All in all, a great stay!

Simply Awesome!
The house is perfect in so many ways. The location and access into the best parts of the city and parks is unbeatable. The layout of the house is very comfortable and worked great for our family of 5 staying there. The parking is very convenient. And the decor is welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Tyler and Dana were extremely easy to work with and made the whole trip very special. We'll definitely be back next time we come to Chattanooga!

Great Location
We had a nice stay at your property. It was located near all of the attractions we planned to visit. The only negative was the drive to parking was very tight so I'm thankful we drove our van & not our truck. The truck would have had scratches from vegetation growth along the drive path.

Great spot for families
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Tyler and Dana’s house! It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but also within 10-15 minutes of all the attractions. The house was very clean and well equipped, the beds were very comfy, and there were thoughtful touches like bedside USB ports, extra power strips, and a good coffee pot. Would love to stay here again!
