"Super cute property on a quiet side road. It's outdated, though that gives it most of its charm. Staff were super friendly and was greeted with wine and cheese when we arrived. The only issue was that I was not expecting the stairs to be so steep (was traveling with an older person). Right near the beach and walking distance to downtown Chatham."

"We all enjoyed the spacious common living areas, as the rooms are quite large. The bedrooms and baths were also ample size. There were, however, several items in the home that could benefit from updating (eg., master bath, lighting in bedrooms, kitchen, etc.). All in all we would recommend for the fee."
