"This is a fairly new condo. The location and view are outstanding. The condo was very clean! The condo bed could use a new mattress and pillows. There wasn't very much room for storing our clothes. Previous reviews commented that the kitchen needed more supplies. It's apparent that they have been working on getting more supplies for the kitchen. A bigger coffee pot would be better. "We do a yearly trip to the Cape every year. We have stayed at the Ocean Edge Golf Resort with family previously and I liked the layout and location of this condo much better. The main bedroom is on the main floor and the loft has three beds, perfect for the kids. They also have access to a tv with a firestick. It is a very safe and cute community with multiple pools ($25 per person per day so choose wisely), golf, tennis, and a restaurant. You can also go across the street to the Ocean Edge...

"Convenient location to resort amenities. Great communication with host -- including sponsored guest passes set-up and arrival details. Plenty of parking (for multiple cars). Nice to have basic things included like linens & towels -- however, bath towels were a bit thin and we were shorted on the count of beach towels. Good place for family vacation -- we were family of 4, but this place can easily accommodate larger families too."

"The location was perfect for beach access and is just west of Ocean House restaurant. The place was clean and up to date. Communication was excellent from property manager. They emailed us on arrival day with instructions. I would definitely return to the same premises for next booking. Sea Shore rentals did an excellent job. "
