"Exceptionally helpful and efficient welcome from the receptionist both on check in and out. Very good English spoken. We had an issue with our booking which was nothing to do with the hotel but they sorted it for us. Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel quiet and underground parking good. Breakfast plentiful and tasty including a couple of hot dishes. We will definitely return to stay here and explore Blois. It was pouring with rain so we didn’t get to see much."

This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Christophe Hay is a true artist, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and quality. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the divine patisserie creations, we were consistently in awe of the impeccable execution and extraordinary flavors. "The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it. "

"Excellent hotel in Tours with an ideal location, mins walking to the train station and the center if the old town. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The room and is spacious and well equipped. The shower room and toilet are seperated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The house was a really special place to stay with beautiful rooms and fantastic facilities. Despite the cool, damp weather outside, the house was lovely and warm with easily controllable radiators - a really pleasant surprise in such an old building. The pool was great and the games room was a real treat - especially for my teenage son and husband! The location is great - just round the corner from the centre of Saumur and all it has to offer. We were able to be at the table of one of the excellent local restaurants in minutes by foot. Gilles was an attentive host and made sure we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend!"
