Nice is the parking by the hotel. Not so nice is the possibility for to dinner, nothing in the region and we have always to go about 10 km for Buffalo Bill

A good overnight stop apart from the restaurant.
This was a stopover on a long journey and a major factor in its choice was the onsite restaurant. We were only informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed due to staff holidays. This was a considerable inconvenience as there were no restaurants nearby. This would have been much less of a problem if we were aware in advance

Rien de particulier au niveau du séjour Par contre accès difficile de nuit (peu éclairé) et accès dangereux quand on quitte l'établissement en direction du centre de Chateauroux : visibilité sur la gauche masquée par un conteneur à verres situé à une dizaine de mètres à ras du trottoir obligeant à s'engager au delà de la piste cyclable ...Ce serait plus pratique si il était situé sur le trottoir d'en face .

Personnel très accueillant, très aimable et à l'écoute lorsque nous avons trouvé qu'il faisait trop chaud dans notre chambre. Le thermostat ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. La personne à l'accueil est intervenue personnellement à partir de la réception.

Bien mais pas de prise en compte des demandes PMR
Mon épouse est titulaire d'une carte PMR, hors cet hôtel ne possède pas d'ascenseur malgré les 3 étoiles affichées et ce n'est écrit nulle part. Malgré ma demande écrite envoyée plusieurs jours avant, la préposée nous a fait savoir sèchement, sans la moindre excuse, qu'aucune chambre ne nous a été réservée au RdC. Le lendemain, les employés à l'accueil se chamaillaient ouvertement devant les clients. A part ça, confort, calme, parking,facile, bon petit déjeuner. Manager sympathique qui nous a proposé de l'aide mais un peu tard. Tout ceci contrairement à l'hôtel Kyriad de Limoges Feytiat où tout a été préparé pour nous accueillir dans de bonnes conditions et dans une chambre au RDC. Hotel.com devrait préciser dans le descriptif des hôtels l'absence d'ascenseur.

Déplacement professionnel, 2 j /1 nuit , bon rapport qualité prix, dîner et petit déjeuner. En revanche la formule du dîner a évolué, plus les formules buffets entrées et desserts.
