From the rear hall, steps lead down to the large west-facing garden with lovely open views of the Limousin countryside - the perfect spot for a relaxing meal with a glass of wine where you can watch the swallows and kites by day and the bats at night !

There is a car port at the front of the property and plenty of space for extra cars at the end of the no-through road.
The Limousin is renowned for its numerous fishing lakes and there are horse-riding facilities in Rancon, 3 miles away.

Lac St Pardoux is 20 minutes away and has 3 supervised beaches, toilets and changing facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, cafes, miles of walking and cycling routes and tree-top trails with zip-wires across the lake ! Kayaks, paddle boards and pedalos can be hired at reasonable rates.
