Overnight stay.
The hotel was conveniently placed for our journey. The receptionist was pleasant. The room, although needing a little update, was comfortable, clean and had everything that was rdquured for an overnight stay.

Déplorable
Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, elle sentait le tabac froid : c'était insupportable et inacceptable. Nous sommes retournés de suite à la réception pour demander une autre chambre, la directrice nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait aucune autre chambre disponible (c'était étonnant car le soir tard, au plus 15 à 20 véhicules étaient garés dans le parking). Une employée est passée dans la chambre pour vaporiser un produit désodorisant, le résultat a été éphémère. Malgré notre demande, aucun geste commercial n'a été effectué de la part de l'hôtel pour le préjudice subi (nous sommes non fumeurs, les chambres sont censés être non fumeurs, bientôt lors d'une réservation de chambre d'hôtel il faudra préciser aussi sans odeur de tabac). C'était la 1ère fois que nous réservions une chambre chez Kyriad Direct qui ignore la satisfaction client, c'est donc devenu aussi notre dernière réservation chez Kyriad Direct.

Utrolig at ikke ansatte på Hotell kan gjør seg litt forståelig på Engelsk eller Tysk, men neida. De forsto ingen ting og var nesten uhøffelig p.g.a. jeg ikke kunne Fransk. Gla det ble bare 1 natt i Frankrike på hjemveien

Je suis arrivé à 19h30 pour une nuit l,accueil pas à la hauteur,j’ai demandé à prendre un verre il m’a dit non,tout simplement y’a des personnes qui mange, je suis rentré dans ma chambre,après une heure j’ai décidé de rentrer pour des raisons personnelles,j’ai demandé être remboursé mon petit déjeuner la réponse est non direct froid honteux depuis quelques que choses que j’ai pas consommer.la dame c’est pas ça place elle doit changer de travail.

Un restaurant à éviter absolument
Si l hôtel est vétuste la literie reste bonne. Par contre il vaut mieux aller manger en dehors et ne pas fréquenter le restaurant. Un service extrêmement long (plus d’une heure pour une entrée et un plat) alors que seulement 5 tables occupées. À cela s ajoute des tarifs inappropriés au regard des quantités servies. Un carpacio de bœuf en version plat 16,95€ identique à au carpacio version entrée à 6,95. Seule différence les frites servies avec. Que dire des brochettes de poulets…. On devrait plutôt parler de deux piques apéritif avec 2 morceaux de poulets chacune et quatre frites de courant après la aussi pour 16,95€. Note a plus de 28€ pour aller manger un Burger après chez Mac do car la faim est toujours là bref à éviter absolument. On prend les gens pour des imbeciles au restaurant !
