Perfect lication with modern Italian style and brekfast served every morning. They even have wine for you. Serve all local fods and drink. And, best of all, clise to everythng if on foot.

Die Unterkunft ist ein reines Gästehaus. 3 Gästezimmer und das Frühstückszimmer sind auf einer Etage zusammengefasst. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von der Stadtmitte (in ca. 20 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen) an einer viel befahrenen und doch lauten Verkehrsstraße. Der Verkehrslärm ist im Zimmer zu vernehmen. Im Paterre kann man den PKW gut in der Garage abstellen und von hieraus ins Haus/Zimmer gelangen. Die Zimmer sind freundlich und normal ausgestattet. Frühstück ist "klein" aber okay. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas umständlich - ein Schlüsseltresor würde hier helfen. Denke, der Preis ist etwas zu hoch für die gesamte Übernachtungs-Leistung.

kurzfristig gebucht und alles hat geklappt.in der unterkunft bar oder mit karte bezahlen.hatten die karte für das türschloss im zimmer vergessen und nur den schlüssel mitgenommen.haben telefoniert und umgehend hat uns die tochter die karte vorbei gebracht und geöffnet:guter service ohne vorwurf.waren eine nacht,zimmer und bad modern und grosszügig.frühstück super ausgiebig.tolle tips von den freundlichen vermietern.werden gerne wieder hingehn.tiefgarage für alle bedürfnisse:motorrad/bike/elektroauto/ski einstellplatz.lage 15min.zu fuss ins zentrum Aosta.super grosser supermarkt ganz nah für lebensmitteleinkäufe aus der region.die lage des b&b ist direkt neben der hauptstrasse aber nachts hört man die autos kaum.100% weiter zu empfehlen!

чистый, аккуратный частный отель с гостеприимным хозяином, рядом с подъемником (10-12 мин) на горную станцию Pila. До центра Аосты 18-20 мин.
