You will be located within walking distance to all amenities, restaurants, pubs and steps away from Holland College. Easy access to the waterfront and only few blocks away from downtown Charlottetown.

The main floor boasts a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, a living room, a stackable laundry (washer and dryer at no extra cost) and a semi-private deck and garden - a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, along with a lovely bathroom. The bedrooms feature extra pillows and high-quality linens. Each bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage space under the bed

The home is situated on a mature treed lot and less than a 5-minute drive from Charlottetown’s only airport. 10-minute drive to beautiful local golf courses and South Shore beaches. 20-minute drive to North Shore beaches
Just around the corner is a large playground with lots of space to run and play. Although situated in a quiet neighborhood, this house is less than a 10-minute drive to many amenities including, Home Depot, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Charlottetown Mall and 2 beautiful golf courses, Belvedere and Fox Meadows. Walking distance to Red Shores Race Track and Casino, the Eastlink center, the P.E.I. Brewing Company.
There is parking for one vehicle 1block away from the property and more free parking on street in front of the house (limitations apply depending of the time of the day). Washer and dryer in the main floor at no charge. We can provide a pack and play and highchair for little guests staying with us as well as car seat and booster seats.

I live very close by, if you need anything I can be there in 5 min!
No shoes inside. No noise between 10pm and 8am. No parties allowed. No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house. Pets allowed when communicated in advance. Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds e cannot be left unattended. Additional 150$ cleaning fee will be charged for pet stay. No smoking, automatic 250$ cleaning fee. No unauthorized guests, max 4 guests per stay. Person who books must be present. If this person confirms an early check-out, their guests must also check out at the same time, unless preauthorized. For safety reasons never leave pets or children unattended in the yard. Bath towels are not to be removed from the property. They are not to be used as beach towels etc. BBQ in the backyard is available for guest to use. Use disposable trays and make sure you leave the bbq clean as you found it. 50$ extra cleaning fee will be charged otherwise. Disabling ring/doorbell, smart looks of smoke/fire detectors will incur in 250$ damage fee. 1 car parking is available off property. Parking on the street is allowed during certain times of the days. During the winter months Guests are encouraged to use parking spot provided a block away from the property. Mandatory on snow days.
