Perfect Location in Belmont
Very comfortable and convenient location in Belmont, which is walk-able to restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and it was very private and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

What a well maintained, relaxing spot! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, or just enjoy movies from the comfy bed. On site hosts, and their pups, were awesome as well :-) Great stay!

We had a great stay! House is very comfortable & clean. The owners were friendly & they had two very sweet dogs that would visit us on the porch (after the owners made sure we were comfortable with dogs) (: Walkable to Belmont restaurants & even the downtown mall if you’re up for a 20 min walk, though some of the surrounding area felt a little unsafe after dark. That being said we felt very safe in the guest house on it’s quiet street!

close to all the places of interest. Monticello, Highland, University baseball, Shenendoah hikes and even attended a wonderful point-to point steeplechase in Warrenton. My two weeks at the Belmont flat were perfect! I was in Charlottesville for work but had some fun on the weekends and the location was perfect. The management company was so attentive, as were the home owners who I happened to run into one evening.

Just like the photos and You’re in the heart of Belmont. Quiet for work and relaxing. Fresh plants throughout mixed with sun shine made it very enjoyable. Host are a lovely family that helped me when I mistakenly locked myself out late in the evening. I would stay again :) !

My husband and I stayed at The Belmont Flat last weekend and loved every minute of it. The flat is just like the pictures. It has a nice and cozy ambiance that makes you feel like you're on a retreat. We loved the tasteful decor and appreciated all the thoughtful details that the hosts put into it. Check-in was a breeze. The WiFi worked perfectly. And the location was great, being close to downtown Charlottesville and UVA, and a 20-30min drive to the wineries. The neighborhood is quiet. We only ran into the hosts once on the street, where they were incredibly kind, welcoming us and offering to assist with anything we might need. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for two
Clean and private, perfect size for two. Flat is on ground floor of guest house with separate entrance. Towels, linens, paper products and toiletries were provided they even had coffee for us. Great deck, faces road but there are trees between with minimal car noise. Walking distance to great restaurants in Belmont and to downtown walking mall. Entrance to flat is on a side street with plenty of parking.

Beautiful, comfortable, and modern!
I loved feeling like I was in a little resort during my visit to UVA in staying at the Belmont Flat. As soon as I arrived on a sunny afternoon, I spent a few hours in the back deck reading, taking some evening sun, and enjoying a glass of wine. The location was so convenient to access the Downtown Belmont and Downtown Mall in Charlottesville; I ran to the Downtown Mall and back in 20 minutes one of the mornings. It was also a 13 minute drive to UVA central parking garage.

Great VRBO property!!
Adorable studio with really high ceilings and tons of natural light!! Great location. We came into town from Roanoke to go to Trump winery and do some shopping. The restaurants in the Belmont neighborhood are amazing!! I would recommend a dead bolt on the french doors for more sense of security for female travelers and some sort of window covering for the bathroom window. It was also really difficult to see the steps at the entry gate at night in the dark coming in after dinner. I would 110% stay here again for sure!! The bed, linens, and pillows were extremely comfortable as well. We met the owners dog and nanny and they were both delightful. I look forward to a return trip.
