This 5-bedroom and 3-bath bungalow is perfect for large families/groups, bachelorettes, remote workers, and travelers looking to be close walking distance to restaurants, bars, downtown, and many more attractions.

We loved our stay. House was perfecf for our group of two families staying together. Beds were very comfortable, everything was extremely clean and organized and the host was great and very helpful. Easy walk to the Corner and to the Downtown Mall. We loved sitting on the back screened porch and the kids loved the fun basement. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for such a great experience.

Great NYE Experience in cville
The property and host exceeded our groups expectations for our trip, which were already quite high. The location and walkability between the University and the downtown mall is excellent and the house is in amazing and comfortable shape. Any questions or requests were quickly resolved by the host. I will look again for this property for any future trips to Charlottesville!
