Our newly renovated house, furnished with all brand-new furniture, is located very close to UVA. It is one mile from UVA's main grounds and the John Paul Jones Arena. Amazing location; peaceful and serene while also extremely convenient
We had a wonderful time at this rental! We couldn't believe how secluded and private it felt, while also being extremely convenient to Barrack's Road and UVA. We were 2 families of 4, and the space was perfect and very comfortable. The house was immaculately clean and very well-supplied. The appliances were all top of the line. There was even an espresso maker! Our best memory was drinking coffee on Sunday morning on the screened in porch and seeing 3 deer and a fox in the yard! Oh...and it's about a 3 minute walk to Bodo's Bagels :) We will most definitely return to this rental for football weekends and basketball games.
