The garage will be locked during the entire duration of the stay and is not included with the rental.

★ PRE-ARRIVAL GUEST REQUIREMENTS★
We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and verify their ID. A secure link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $500 fine for everyone that smokes inside.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
The Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, I use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ TRAVEL INSURANCE ★
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unforeseen events beyond our control. To protect your travel plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage in case of unexpected disruptions.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We welcome your furry friends. Please let us know if you would like to bring your pets. The Pet fee is $150(non-refundable) for up to 2 pets under 40lbs.
