Welcome to "Terminal K", a luxury tiny house situated on Lake Wylie. Located only 2 miles from the Charlotte Douglas Airport and 8 miles from downtown, Terminal K has everything you need for a luxury getaway. This beautiful, ultra modern 1 bed/1 bath comes loaded with a gourmet kitchen filled with top of the line gas appliances; an exotic bathroom with rain shower, bidet, and freestanding tub, complete with a TV for your bath-time viewing pleasure; a bedroom composed of a Tempur-Pedic queen bed with large closet +vanity area. House also includes front loading laundry and high speed internet. Outside you will find a deck with rocking chairs, plus a large covered dock on the water with beautiful views of the sunset. Situated on 1.6 acres of land with plenty of parking and 250 ft of waterfront. Lake Wylie has great fishing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, restaurants, gas stations, and a party sandbar. Lake rentals available by request inc. pontoon, kayaks, paddle boards.

Wonderful little place

Quite hidden treasure! Beautiful in the inside and out!! Instructions, and communication was seamless. Close to alot restaurant and outdoors recreational stuff. 5 stars for sure!!! Worth the drive!

This place is incredible and just what we needed! My wife and I went here for a relaxing getaway and it was all we could ask for and more! Probably the most luxurious VRBO we've ever stayed at! It has all the bells and whistles including a fabulous modern vibe and an amazing tub to relax in. We had coffee on the deck every morning, it was so serene! We had visits from deer, geese, and heron! We went in the fall, so we were lucky enough to see the trees turn and be serenaded by the falling leaves. The location felt private and secluded, but was just minutes away from shopping, dining, and sight seeing! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Summer fun
My husband and i stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect home for 2 people. Very modern. Beautiful. Owners easy to talk to and avaliable to help. We had Kory come out a couple times because the tv was not working. We rented the pontoon boat. Very reasonable. One thing make sure you know your ID and passwords for netflix, prime and other streaming networks because there is no cable service. Normally we would be outside when on vacation but we had some bad weather for a few days were we couldnt go outside. Everything else was great. Would definatley stay here again

Catawba River not Lake Wylie
The owner was quick to respond to a broken refrigerator/freezer when I showed up with over $100 in groceries, and the neighbor stored the frozen food until things were working. A++ in Customer Service. It has nice up-grade high-tech features, and very private location. It's perfect for a couple wanting a romantic getaway. It's about 8 miles from Lake Wylie on the Catawba river, so that was a little surprising since the listing talks about Lake Wylie. We will probably stay again. Thanks!!

Awesome, Over-the-Top Place
Absolutely loved this place, everything from the location, scenery, the hosts, neighbors, and, of course, the house itself! Pictures and description of the house are spot on and not deceptive at all. While outside of this tiny home has very nice features, it’s the inside when you walk in that just blows you away. Absolutely beautiful décor, state-of-the-art features, top-notch appliances, lighting, fixtures, etc. Very peaceful and comfortable. And you cannot beat the location. House sits on the water with a covered boat dock with a stunning view. We went out on the water quite a few times and especially liked Papa Docs. Also enjoyed walking down the street which on one side is wooded and on the other side has waterfront homes. While you feel remote at the house, it doesn’t take long to be in the big city of Charlotte as well as the Belmont area. We enjoyed going downtown and exploring different restaurants. Cannot say enough about how nice and friendly the immediate neighbors were. Last, but certainly not the least, Kory and Katie (the hosts) were so responsive and made our stay absolutely amazing!

Modern Getaway -Excellent for a time to recharge for 2
After a business trip my husband and I had been on, we decided to not immediately go home. We booked this tiny home on the lake. It was easy to get to and looked brand new inside and out. Well-equipped with many "smart" house features. The finishes in the tiny house are top end. We were less than half an hour drive from downtown Charlotte, so we had dinner in town. We also enjoyed the Belmont area (less than 15 minutes away) for some unique restaurants that we tried: String Bean and Jekyll and Hyde Tap House Grill. This tiny house offered the comfort of a home and the availability to check out all the wonderful things of the Charlotte area.
