We welcome you to stay in our charming and spacious 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome perfect for short and long term stays. Pack a suitcase and prepare for the most relaxing time!

This home is conveniently located minutes from:

The living room is cozy and equipped with end tables, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV to stream all of your favorite movies and shows.

Fully stocked kitchen with basic essentials. The dining room is perfect for 4 guests, and includes a glass top table, with newly reupholstered cushioned seats.

Each bedroom has comfortable queen size beds, walk-in closets, full private bathrooms, dressers, and smart TV's.

Spacious unfenced backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. Furniture is kept covered when not in use to protect from harsh weather.

The entire home is yours during your stay. You will have access to the home using a smart lock. The code will be provided the day of check in. Garage is not available for use.

**Other things to note**
• We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind.
• Outdoor Security Cameras located at the front and rear of the house. Audio and video recording.
• Please be respectful of our surrounding neighbors, by keeping noise levels to a minimum. A Minut noise level monitor located in common area. This device does not record audio or video.
• No additional guests not on the reservation.
• Please review House Rules prior to booking.

Our stay was perfect. Everything in the townhome was available for your every need. Lashonda, the host, was always available and had suggestions for anything you have a question for. This was a business stay and it was close to the jobsite for my husband and son-in-law. We would definitely recommend this property and any other property that Lashonda is in charge of.
