The Rustic Oasis in Downtown Concord 2BR/1BTH

This delicately maintained property is located in downtown Concord, NC. This smoke-free, carefully designed and furnished apartment compliments any type of occasion for your stay. Traveling professionals are also welcome! This apartment is professionally cleaned to meet COVID-19 standards between each guest.

Kitchen Area:
Please feel free to indulge in all non-perishable items in the kitchen area. A crockpot, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker and more are also available to our guest. This home is fully stocked with kitchen basics. However, there are other special appliances/cooking gadget that can be provided upon the guests’ request after the booking is finalized. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with cooking oil, salt, pepper, glassware, pots, pans, silverware and dishware. The small dining area is where we recommend guests to enjoy their meals. This fine dining set can seat up to 4 people to enjoy a nice cooked meal or take-out of their choice.

Guest are provided with complimentary breakfast (eggs, biscuits and milk) and a starter pack of water.

Living Room Area:
The living room area has become our guests’ favorite place in the apartment. This modern style living room area is not only great for relaxing but can be used to read, meditate, yoga, etc. There is also a 55” ROKU Smart TV available for guests to use. Guest are able to log into their own streaming subscription apps to enjoy home away from home.

Bathroom Area:
Guests are provided with top quality washcloths and towels. In cases where our guests have forgotten their basic toiletry necessities, a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and makeup wipes are provided in the bathroom. There is also additional towels and washcloths in the cabinet.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed with four high-quality/plush pillows and floor length mirrors. Each closet will have an extra set of bedding sheets (depending on length of stay), washcloth and towel. There is also an iron and ironing board in the closet area.

Parking:
Guest may park in the gravel parking lot behind the building or across the street from the address in the open parking area. The parking lot is shared with the rest of our neighbors. Please do not block anyone in.

There is a possibility that early check-in and/or late-checkout could be available. Please inquire if you may need this accommodation once your booking is confirmed. However, fees apply:

Great location!
Exceptional stay. Perfect location and the place was immaculately clean. Great kitchen that was stocked with alot of stuff you don't usually find in a VRBO. Washer and Dryer, and great air conditioning. There was a bottle of Frank's hot sauce!

My daughter & I stayed here for a concert at PNC. It was a quick 15 min Uber ride to the venue. Close to downtown Concord, within walking distance, but unfortunately most places on the Main Street were closed due to the major construction. Within walking distance to the Southern Strain Brewery which has a very cool thrift store attached to it. The Gibson Mill is a short drive & very worth it. One note on the neighborhood, mostly it looked & felt safe but there was one house across the street that appeared to have some sketchy business going on. The good thing is that that business did not come to our side of the street & we were very happy about that. This is a very nice place & would recommend it to anyone. Only two things that we’d like to see added…the beds are very firm & just not very comfortable maybe adding a mattress topper would help. Some blankets/throws for the living room would be a great investment. Since it’s the only area with a TV, it would be nice to have a little blanket to settle in & watch a movie. Other than that, you won’t be disappointed! We’d definitely book again!

All the little touches
This property is furnished thoughtfully and stylish. Small comforts like rugs under the bed, quality sheets, and a fully stocked kitchen made this stay very comfortable. It’s really big and the location of the bedrooms makes it easy for adult couples to stay together and still have privacy. We ordered in one night and just relaxed and watched tv. It was a nice place to stay with good energy and, yes, you can hear the neighbors but that was comforting to us since the house is so big and it was good to know people were nearby.

Thanksgiving success
My husband is kind of a hotel snob so we don’t typically do rentals. Our family lives in Concord and I wanted to be close during the Thanksgiving holiday so we could maximize time. This home was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. Everything was clean and stocked and the check in/check out process was so easy. There was even orange juice and other items in the refrigerator! This was such a pleasant surprise and so close to our family that we will definitely be looking to rent again in the future!

Clean Concord Condo
Condo was extremely CLEAN, WELL STOCKED with everything like spices, butter, oatmeal, etc. Modern, beautiful decor. Eggs, biscuits, milk and water in fridge were a nice touch. Bedding crisp and comfortable. Walls were extremely thin and could hear every move/word from people and dog upstairs. Sectional in listing is not what is in condo. Had problems with tv-response time in dealing with tv was slow and then we were asked to go buy our own batteries. Close to downtown.Gianni's Trattoria is a must for dinner.

I stay with VRBO about once or twice a year, and this had to be the most fully stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. It even had eggs! I don't know if that's a regular thing. I was worried about location and parking, but was surprised that it was quiet and there was plenty of parking. It had nice, modern amenities and was near our family in Concord. I'll definitely look this place up when I come back into town.

We arrived Christmas eve evening, got a call from our neighbors the evening of Christmas day (exactly 24 hrs from when we arrived) saying we had a water line bust at home. Left early the next morning. Lost our entire trip cost. Liked location and will come back to stay another time.

Exactly as Pictured
This place was beautiful and well stocked to make our trip easier! The washer and dryer, in unit, is a must with a family! We were in town to do NASCAR stuff and it was conveniently located. Downtown Concord was very cute with some beautiful historic homes. We would highly recommend a stay here for our friends and family.

You enter the apartment into the combined kitchen, living room, and eating area which is quite modern and large. The space has a very nice feel to it. Down the hall are 2 large bedrooms with the large bathroom in between. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom. The apartment has everything you might need from an amenity perspective. I would def stay here again.

The property sits on a main road and is easy to find...very clean and decorated beautifully. The breakfast items provided was a great a touch considering breakfast is what I look for in a hotel...walking distance to a pub/restaurant and downtown..grocery store and family dollar close too...my only downfall was the fact I could hear what was going on in the living room from the back bedroom...so sleeping in wasn't an option...otherwise a great place to stay

Highly recommend
I was here with my daughter for a dsnce competition and this place was only 10 minutes aways. It was cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Property owner was easy to contact and had quick responses to any messages I sent before and during the stay.
