The upper level contains a bunk room with 7 total beds as well as two additional en-suites boasting king beds each. On the third level of this incredible home is a unique Captain's Quarters sitting area where you can enjoy 280 degrees of unbelievable Lake Norman scenery.

The massive gameroom includes a living area, as well as an assortment of games (i.e., air hockey, ping pong, video game table, foosball, shuffleboard) and a Peloton. The garage door opens with optional screens and offers a convenient walk out to the patio and hot tub area.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Please note that the grill on the dock is not for guest use.
