The Space
Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
The open-concept living area features stylish furnishings and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them together. Retreat to the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a restful night's sleep. The 2.5 bathrooms provide convenience and privacy. Remote workers and students can utilize our high speed internet from around the house.
Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the great room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the dining table.

Comfortably enjoy the main level primary bedroom. The upper level features three other bedrooms including two rooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.
Don’t forget to spend some time outside in our spacious backyard and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome!
Our one car garage, driveway, and street parking provides plenty of options for guests.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the garage, driveway, and on the street.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

This home is nestled into the quaint Druid Hills neighborhood. A bus station is located .5 miles away and the light rail is less than 3 miles away. Hop on to quickly get Uptown or further south to South End and more. Ubers and Lyfts are also available in the area.
Other Things to Note
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, we reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Interaction with Guests
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!

We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Security Cam's
Tampering with or disabling the security camera(s) will result in a fine of $500.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and on the street, with a maximum of three cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Bedding and towels
Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
Dirty Dishes
Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure
Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
Cleaning
Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters
Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels
Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris
Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer
Exiting the Property
Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure

I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES, SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING OR AFTER DEPARTURE. I AGREE TO PAY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THE PROPERTY INSURANCE.
