Do not rent from this company
The room wasn't ready when promised so we had to wait over an hour. Then he didn't give me a parking tag and emailed me saying he would send me numbers to put up in my car and never. My car got towed and I couldn't get a hold of him for half the day. He finally called and said he would reimburse me my towing fee. I sent him all the info he requested and haven't heard anything or received any money from him

Overall apartment and location were very good and convenient for our event. Housekeeping was an issue: 1-laundry was left in the washer and dryer had to pack in bags and place outside door 2- vape pipe and old French fries were under the sofa and noticeable when walking into living room 3- light burnt out in master bath Need to do a walk thru before tenants arrive No sensor for secured parking area, although gates weren’t closed over the weekend so it really didn’t matter . Had parking pass for general parking area, which was fine There is a train track next door so if you aren’t used to trains going by the noise might be an issue Really good space and well furnished and kitchen nicely supplied Host was very responsive to questions as we were getting settled in to apartment
