The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and I85! Quick drive to Uptown, Southend, and many more key locations! Great for a large group, spacious and lots of parking! Dedicated office, full laundry and outdoor eating area with grill and everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The Space:
This recently updated house boasts a renovated interior, complete with granite countertops and many amenities. Everything you need for your stay in Charlotte. Plus, the house offers easy access to key locations such as Uptown, Southend, Plaza Midwood, and NoDa, as well as being situated in a charming neighborhood. Minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a separate office and laundry room, this house has ample room for everyone. Relax in the sunroom, or step outside to grill or gather around the outdoor dining set.

Please keep in mind that while you will have full access to the house, driveway, and side yards, we kindly ask that you refrain from going beyond the back fence or any fenced areas, as they are currently under construction and not open to guests. Additionally, please note that our exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to improve and enhance the guest experience with ongoing painting and updates.

Guest Acess:
You'll have the entire house, driveway, and side yards to yourself, providing ample space to enjoy your stay. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from venturing beyond the fence, as the rest of the backyard is currently under construction and off-limits. Please note that there is a camera in place that monitors access to the backyard through the fence.

The place was amazing
The place was very nice and clean an updated. Nicer than the online pics. The only negative thing is the bathroom across from the kitchen smelled like sewage. It was a huge dissatisfier for me. This is the one negative aspect of our stay.

Girls Getaway
We did have some issues being accidentally triple booked with some other parties, however the house was good and exactly as listed. We were the ones who ultimately were allowed to keep our booking and the people in charge of the property were very apologetic.
