Peaceful & Clean Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel

This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. There is no interaction with the main house. The suite has an adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is so amazingly comfortable! The bed has white cotton sheets with laundered duvet cover. Suite also has an electric fireplace. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has a futon for extra room and a 40" Smart TV. Please see photos and all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with this listing.... We give our guests full use of the waterfront. Home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. Our dock sits on water that is 25+ feet deep. A perfect location to fish. We even have fishing poles available in the garage. The guest boat slip always has deep water and has an electrical outlet for charging on fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, small propane grill, mini fridge, WIFI mesh router, and a google mini that will play your favorite music. This is great to enjoy year round rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. We have a beautiful paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! We provide two kayaks and 2 paddle boards at no charge. Unfortunately we do not allow the boat ramp at the property to be used to load and unload boats, PWCs or trailers. There are two public ramps just a few miles away. . Pinnacle Access and McCrary / Queens Landing access. You are welcome to relax in the lounge chairs on the boat ramp Just to confirm... We do have a guest limit of two people as this is for peaceful getaways, we only allow registered guests to come to the property. Due to the fact we have two Golden Retrievers we do not allow pets. We do not surcharge for anything or have any hidden fees. We also charge a very reasonable cleaning fee.

Oh my gosh what a beautiful place to stay. The backyard with the dock on the lake was awesome. Very quiet and a great view. Wish the weather had been a little nicer so I could have enjoyed the water. Their dogs are awesome too. Definitely will stay again!

It was great as soon as we drove in the driveway the room was everything we needed ,bed super comfortable. the dock was big and laid out perfect we bbq on dock had meals on dock we caught blue catfish off of dock every day some over 30lbs plus got strip bass .the host was so nice the two dogs were lovable it turned out to be a dream vacation .

Picture perfect!
This is a sweet, comfortable, lovely place to retreat to. Stay hidden from the world in this comfy stylish studio apartment for one or one couple. Step out to a scenic lakeside dock and covered deck. Just so nice…could have stayed for weeks, but only had a weekend. Will certainly return if the opportunity arises. It’s a wonderful getaway place.
